Guarantee

Projectorexpert only sells quality products, not faulty products. So if your product has become defective, we will solve it for you. We always follow the law. Also outside the factory warranty.

Not entirely sure whether the defect of your product is covered by the warranty conditions or how long you have a warranty on a particular product?

Legal warranty

There is a legal guarantee on all items that you buy from us. This means that an article must be in good condition upon delivery and function properly under normal use.

In addition to the legal warranty, we also look at the economic life of the article, because one product lasts longer than the other.

When is a product not good?

A product is not good if it is incomplete, damaged, broken or not working properly.

Manufacturer's warranty

In addition to the legal warranty, some items also have a factory warranty. This is in addition to the legal warranty you already have. For consumers (non-business purchase), the factory warranty offered applies that they may not limit the legal rules regarding warranty and conformity.

Your rights during the warranty period

If an item does not function properly within the applicable warranty period, we will look for an appropriate solution as soon as possible. For example through a free repair, a new item or a refund of your money. Is the problem with the article your own fault? Then you are not entitled to a free repair, a new item or a refund of your money. Have you used the item normally but it is just worn out? Even then you are not entitled to a free repair, a new comparable product or a refund of your money.

Warranty card

With Projecorexpert, the invoice for your order is also the guarantee certificate for your product. If you wish to claim the warranty, we can ask you for a copy of the invoice. You can find your invoice under My account with my orders. If you no longer have your invoice, another proof of purchase is also sufficient.

A warranty booklet is also included with some products. In it you can read the conditions again.
