Exchange product

Exchanging a product for another product counts as a new order. You return your old order within the trial period and inform us of your new order as usual. We then charge shipping costs for the new order for the processing and delivery of the new order.

If a product has to be exchanged due to an error on our part or due to a defect, the costs are of course at our expense.

Exceptions:

Only the consumer is protected. Companies or natural persons acting on behalf of a profession or company cannot derive any rights from the law on distance selling. Companies pay at least 10% of the purchase price for administration, shipping and restocking costs. The percentage of the product and the status of the products and packaging.
