Returing product

It is very annoying when an article that you have ordered from us does not function properly or is not satisfactory. However, we will solve it for you!

If an article does not function properly immediately upon receipt, you must notify us as soon as possible. Please contact our customer service so we can solve the problem.

Retourprocedure

  • You must request a RET number within 2 weeks from the receipt of your order.
  • The order must be returned to us as soon as possible, but maximum 2 weeks after the RET number has been issued.
  • Carefully package the item. Do not write anything on the package and do not attach any labels or adhesive tape to the package.
  • If possible, clearly state the RET number on the shipment. You must include the model form or other written notice that you waive your purchase in the shipment.
  • If possible, also include a copy of the proof of purchase.
  • When we have received your return, we will check it. You will receive a refund within 14 days after termination of the agreement or we will send you a new copy as soon as possible.
  • Always save your proof of shipping so that you can claim any lost packages with your carrier.

Exceptions

Only the consumer is protected. Companies or natural persons acting on behalf of a profession or company cannot derive any rights from the law on distance selling. Companies pay at least 10% of the purchase price for administration, shipping and restocking costs. The percentage of the product and the status of the products and packaging.
