How soon will I be refunded?

A refund is made immediately when an order is canceled. Repayment will be made using the same payment method as the payment.

If you expect a refund through a return, we will refund it to you within 1-2 working days after return processing in our administration.

A return processing works as follows:

When you have your order ready for return, with all necessary return forms, please hand it in at a PostNL point, for example. The postage for returning must be paid by the customer himself. A description of how to prepare your order for return can be found under return procedure.

  1. Keep your shipping receipt.
  2. Your package will be brought to our return center.
  3. Your return shipment will be checked.
  4. After a successful check, the item will be settled with you. You will receive a credit invoice by email.

I have not received a refund

It differs per bank how long it takes before the refund is in your account. We always pay within 1-2 working days after the return has been processed. Is the amount not yet in your account after 5 working days? Please contact customer service.

Possible Express delivery

When returning items shipped via Express delivery, the shipping costs are not reimbursed. An Express delivery is always in consultation with the customer. With us you have no unexpected costs afterwards.

In the event that you have purchased the order on account and you return it to us within the payment term (14 days), you will receive an email from us with a credit invoice and your new outstanding invoice amount is € 0.00. If you wait longer before returning your order, we can ask you to settle the invoice first. When we subsequently receive your order back, you will then receive the account amount refunded to your account.
