Reflection period - Right of withdrawal consumer

We do everything we can to fulfil your order to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event you would like to abandon your purchase, you can do so by taking advantage of your right of withdrawal within fourteen days. This grace period starts on the day you receive your package. Please see the Airduster.eu returns procedure for information about product returns.

As a consumer (private purchase) you have the right to dissolve the contract without giving any reason during 14 days. You are obliged to handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only have been opened or used to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product.

If you use the cooling-off period, you must return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by us. The postage for returning must be paid by the customer himself. We do not charge a cancellation fee when you cancel your order. Refund of the full purchase amount (including shipping costs) will be made as soon as possible after cancellation of the agreement, but no later than 14 days after the return or cancellation. Repayment will be made using the same payment method as the payment.

To make use of the right of withdrawal, you can request a return via our return procedure within the period of 14 days after you have received the products. After the notification, you have another 14 days to return the products.

Exceptions for returning

Some products are covered by the exceptions. You probably understand that you can't return the following items:

• Business purchases;

We can also not give you money back for correctly performed services of mechanics and postmen.

Wich are:

• Installation costs;

• Costs for special shipping options such as express or same day delivery.

Business purchases

Only the consumer is protected. Companies or natural persons acting on behalf of a profession or company cannot derive any rights from the law on distance selling. Companies pay 10% of the purchase price for administration, shipping and restocking costs.
