iDEAL payment failed

Has your payment via iDEAL failed? Then first check whether the money has been debited or not. Is not this the case? Then you can immediately place a new order. Has the money been debited from your bank account, but have you not received a confirmation by e-mail after a day? Please contact customer service, we are happy to help you. Please note that due to the processing time of payments from your and our bank, the delivery time may be considerably longer.

Made a prepayment, but not yet received a confirmation?

After we have received your payment (this can take 2-4 days) we send out the goods. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please note that due to the processing time of payments from your and our bank, the delivery time may be considerably longer.

Have you made a prepayment and the money has been debited from your account, but you have not received confirmation by e-mail after a day? Please contact customer service, we are happy to help you.

Creditcard declined?

You have placed an order and you want to pay with your credit card, but you receive the message that your credit card has been declined. That is of course very annoying. We want just as much as you that you can receive your order as soon as possible.

We hope you understand that we carry out checks for your and our safety. If your credit card is declined, the reserved amount will be refunded immediately. After this you can simply place your order again. We do ask you to pay via iDEAL, PayPal or prepayment, for example.
