Delivery failed?

When a package cannot be delivered to you, because you happened to be away from home. Then the package will be offered again at a later time, this is usually the next working day.

If you are not at home during the second delivery attempt, you will find a message in your mailbox. It states where you can pick up the shipment. This is usually at a service point in your area.

Tip!

Are you gone for a moment? Then hang a note on the door for the courier, that the product can be delivered to, for example, the neighbors.
