We are located in The Netherlands. That means we must charge VAT for all items supplied. All prices listed on this site are in Euros and include 21% VAT, unless specified otherwise.

For the purpose of VAT it is important to determine the items you ordered are to be delivered within the Netherlands. If the items are not to be delivered within the Netherlands, you will not owe Dutch VAT. However, you may owe foreign VAT. You will have to contact the appropriate parties in your country to find out.

If you purchase items from us for delivery within the Netherlands, you will always owe 21% VAT. If you are purchasing items from a different country, VAT will often be 0%. In that case, you will not always have to pay VAT. However, you will have to prove this.

How do we know whether or not you have to pay
VAT?

We determine whether or not you have to pay VAT based on the following criteria:

• Country of origin
• VAT number for companies outside the Netherlands
