Do we supply Dutch products?
Yes, we supply Dutch products. However, beware of scammers on the internet. There are parties that carry logos of brands and twist their texts in such a way that you think that you are purchasing original Dutch products.
How can you offer the products for such a low price?
We can deliver products for such a low price thanks to our online store, which does not require high overhead, and due to being able to deliver orders to our customers directly from the central warehouse. We purchase directly from the factory, which takes the costly middleman out of the equation.
What is the delivery time for the products?
If a product is in stock and you have ordered before 4 pm we will ship your product the same day. Normally you will receive the product the next working day. This can run until the day after.
Can I pick up the products myself?
What should I do if I do not receive my order?
We understand this is frustrating. Contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Customer service will search for the cause of the problem with you and will offer you an appropriate solution right away.
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium are 4,95. Our products are sent to you well, securely and insured. We send by courier to ensure the shortest possible shipping time for you.

Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. All our prices include 21% VAT. As soon as you check out you will see a cost summary for the items you paid for.

My ordered product is not OK?
After receipt, always check whether your shipment is complete and correct. Always check the product for breaks and damage. If a defective, incorrect or incomplete product has been delivered, you can report this immediately to our customer service. It is of course very annoying when this happens, but we will quickly solve the problem for you.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, do this as soon as possible via our customer service. You may be late because the product has already been shipped. If so, you can refuse the product at the door.

Do you also deliver to other countries?
Yes, we ship products all over the world. Please ask us about the shipping costs for countries outside Europe.

How do I pay?
With us we have many payment options. For example, you can pay with a prepayment, pay via iDEAL, credit card or pay afterwards. Please contact our customer service. We can also arrange your order for you by phone, very easy.

Can I make purchases without registering myself?
Yes, that's possible. When ordering, select Checkout as a guest and click the Continue as guest button. You then enter your details.

I have not received an invoice, where can I request it?
You can easily download your invoice via your account. Don't have an account? Please contact customer service and make sure you have your order number at hand. We will then immediately send you the correct invoice.
